Delivery Times
Please note that the total time taken to deliver an order includes time to process your order and the time to ship it to your chosen address.
We attempt to ensure that there is sufficient inventory of products at all of our distribution locations at all times. However, there may be stock-outs due to surges in demand, delays from flight schedule changes or restrictions, production delays due to electronic chip shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be notified accordingly.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Charges to deliver to your shipping address will be calculated and displayed at checkout when you order.
In some cases, you are able to select from either standard or expedited shipping options, if applicable in your location.
In Store Pickup
We do not offer in store pickup for sales on this Site.
Local delivery
We have fulfillment centers in the USA, UK, the European Community, and Japan. If you are located in any of these areas, your order will be shipped and delivered locally at minimum cost and time.
International delivery
If you are located in a country other than those listed under Local Delivery (above), please check if there is an authorized distributor or reseller in your area. If so, you can order your product locally. If however your country also does not have a local distributor or reseller, you may order on this site, but subject to international shipping charges and delivery times. In addition your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT, GST, or similar), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order status tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us at support@flightscopemevo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that we cannot deliver to Postal Boxes, but only to physical addresses. Please ensure that you specify a correct and valid physical address for shipping delivery.
Refunds and returns
We generally accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Please consult our sales terms and conditions including our refund policy. Please note that card processing fees for your order are non-refundable.
Defective or damaged goods
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at support@flightscopemevo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Refer to our sales terms and conditions for terms and procedures to follow in case of defects or damage to delivered items.
Changes
Note that these terms and conditions may be changed without notice at any time. Changes will be effective when updated. Changes will not apply to orders placed before changes are published.
